• Your responses to the free screening quiz (15 questions)
• Your responses to the Full Head Check assessment (49 questions across 6 validated psychological scales)
• Your email address, collected via Stripe at the point of purchase
• Payment information, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Basic technical data such as browser type and device, collected automatically via standard web hosting logs

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised PDF report
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Respond to any support requests you make
• Improve the quality and accuracy of the assessment over time (in aggregate, de-identified form only)

We do not use your assessment responses for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or any purpose beyond generating your report.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not share your assessment responses with any third party
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling
• We do not store your quiz or assessment responses beyond what is required to generate your report

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your email and payment details are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. Standard server logs may be retained under Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — backend report generation. Data is processed transiently and not stored beyond report delivery.

Data Storage and Security

Your assessment responses are processed in memory to generate your report and are not permanently stored on our servers. Your email address is retained only for the purpose of delivering your report and any follow-up you request.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Make a complaint if you believe your privacy has been breached

The assessments on this site are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or your GP.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@somethingisoff.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
